"I stayed with my parents and sister in late August. The property had the perfect location for us, who wanted to spend time at the beach. The cottage was a great size and was quiet. The neighbors are close but you do have your own space and yard to use. We especially enjoyed the fire table. "

"We loved our stay! Spacious, clean with beautiful views. Loved being by the water within a minute walk to the ocean. Most well equipped cottage we have stayed at. "If you are looking for a cottage that has everything except your food look no further! This sweet cottage has a ton of character and a lot of space! Owner is excellent and is in constant communication, very helpful and ensures you have a fabulous week! 2 blocks away from the beach (dog friendly) and under 10-minute walk to Parlee beach. "Definitely would book this place again. The rooms are really nice and very Clean. And the beds and pillows, O’ my, well I wanted to take them home. They are so comfy. The best nights sleep I have had in a long time. The complimentary breakfast was really good. Bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, toast, fruit, muffins, etc. Staff is also very friendly. Overall I would give this place a 10 star if I could. I highly recommend this place."
