"So so disappointed! The room was pretty much wall-to-wall bed (king size) and the area around the bed was so narrow barely room to walk with one side only able to walk sideways. The room could have been cleaner; dust was thick on some baseboards. On second night, smoke alarm on the (12 ft?) high ceiling started beeping loudly like it needed the battery changed. We called to the office to tell them and it was so loud that we couldn’t sleep (this was in the evening); she said she’d call...

"This tiny house was clean and about 20 minutes away from Grand Canyon which was nice for location. The negative side was the shower that gave you hot water for 1 minute and then turned cold. I know it said energy efficient but for paying that much money, you should have hot water to take a shower. Also internet connection was bad. I would recommend staying somewhere else because of the hot water situation."

"Great location"

"It was a wonderful stay! The tiny home is very comfortable and communication with the property is a breeze! Will definitely stay there again!"

"We did not enjoy our stay at our rented cabin and recommend the following corrections to allow customers a more pleasant stay: - Non stick dishes are very old and should be replaced with stainless steel. - There should be oven mitts, kitchen towels, tongs, one sharp knife for families to cook simple meals - Water pressure in the kitchen sink is non existent - Water does not drain in the bathroom shower - Faucet in bathroom is stuck with white minerals and sprays everywhere when used - Loft is...

"The property is beautiful and as advertised. My only problem was not able to take a hot shower. We didn't shower the first night to help them conserve water because of a sign on property asking for conservation of water of where we could. I am very familiar with using facilities with a tankless hot water heater as this one had for I have them in my home. I ran the water for at least 10 to 15 min trying to get it hot but to the best I could get was lukewarm. Interesting the kitchen sink put out...

"Excellent accommodation We enjoyed the stay."

"Everthing was nice and tidy. Our granddaughter enjoyed sleeping upstairs and the patio."

"Property was clean and nice. Slept 6 of us comfortably, with the 4 kids upstairs. Extra A/C unit in king bedroom was nice, as temps were very high when we visited. Plenty of towels and hot water. Several large weeds in the outdoor area, but space was as advertised. Seats for 6 plus a small picnic table. Grill is charcoal, so make sure you have proper supplies if you plan to grill. Lots of kitchen items provided (including paper towels and utensils), but no baking sheet. Brita filter in the...

"All around fantastic comfortable stay. Amenities were above and beyond. Beautiful place to disconnect. We will be back!"
