Sleep soundly in a queen bed in the primary suite. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a tub/shower combination.

The guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a TV. The guest bathroom has a walk-in shower.

- Access to the pool, hot tub, and fitness center at Granby Ranch Base Camp One available for an optional fee ($10 per guest per day). The pool is heated and open year-round.

Granby Ranch often hosts activities at the base camp for both adults and kids. Nearby Fraser is home to the Grand County Community Recreation Center, which has indoor water slides.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
