Los Balos has a unique location, overlooking the sea and the Red Mountain. It stands out for its modern design, luxury finishes and spectacular terraces of 35 m² in a paradisiacal setting.Los Balos 21 has the most overhanging terrace of the complex, with panoramic views of the black sand beach, the sea and the volcanic landscape. The feeling is that of being on a boat. Access from the promenade with outdoor showers. The house consists of a spacious living room with kitchenette that communicates directly with the terrace, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet. Crib and high chair available on request. Fully equipped with large flat screen TV, wifi with high speed internet, bed and bath linen, and kitchen utensils. It has an indoor parking space. It is a great area for windsurfing & kitesurfing, hiking, cycling and spearfishing, among many other activities.
