"I was disappointed the moment I entered the property. It looked old and there was a distinct smell to the carpet or something in the area. My bedsheet in the room was not new, it obviously looked used. I called up the Front Desk for help at 4 PM. I was told the cleaners are gone for the day. However, the front desk guy was nice enough to give me new pair of sheets and pillow covers. That certainly sounded fresh and new. The next day, I went for a complimentary breakfast.
