This great penthouse with an unbeatable location, is close to the monumental complexes of San Juan de Dios and San Jerónimo, and a few minutes walking from the Cathedral area.

The penthouse has a living room with sofa and smart TV of 44 inches, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay, and three bathrooms with shower. It has 4 bedrooms, two with two beds of 90 * 190 cm, one with two single beds of 105x190, and another with a double bed of 150 * 190.

The best thing about the apartment is its large terrace of 30 square meters with spectacular views of the roofs of the Basilica of San Juan de Dios.

It has an excellent location, in a very quiet street that will guarantee a comfortable stay, although very close to the downtown area, and surrounded by shops, markets and restaurants.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses.**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Very nice renovated 4 BR apartment in central Granada. We were 3 couples which was perfect. Loved the terrace and the building is well maintained. Bathrooms all very nice.

Property was nice for our family of 6. Nice to have an elevator, but it is very old. My only criticism would be that the apartment seems a bit dated, and the last renovation was not done to the highest of standards.
