Following the hallway again, you will find the first bedroom, offering two 90 cm single beds placed separately to ensure optimal rest. The second bedroom, considered the master, has two 90 cm single beds joined together, ideal for those seeking more space. Adjacent to it, there is a full bathroom with a shower, equipped with all the amenities. The apartment also has a small terrace in the style of a corrala that overlooks the interior patio.

The apartment is located between Plaza de La Trinidad and San Jerónimo street, just a few meters from the Cathedral. Its unbeatable location is perfect for visiting the city, as its proximity to various monuments, as well as the main leisure areas of the city, allows you to easily enjoy the gastronomy, leisure, and culture the city has to offer.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
