"When we arrived we were informed the hotel we made a reservation in, Cobertizo Palacio de Santa Inez, closed. They were accommodating in providing a nice room at the Rosa d’Oro a different property owned by the same company. It was a nice room but half the size of the room we reserved."

"A great hotel well located with restaurants all around. The staff were very good especially the lady on the evening shift at reception. The room was large, very clean with all the amenities you would need. The hotel breakfast was very good with a good array of cold and some hot dishes. Overall a great experience. "
