"Elevators hardly worked, rooms showing age. Staff nice, pool great. Restaurants fantastic. The location is fine, but record numbers of homeless and mentally ill walking the streets. Be safe after dark. Super noisy due to Hollywood Boulevard being used as a racetrack. "

They need to be reminded that their only purpose for being employed there is to take care of the client's needs. "
