"Everything was amazing at Chales Fioreze! I wanted to introduce my American born children to my roots and get them closer to nature and that’s exactly what we did with the help of this amazing resort. The staff was incredible, the chalés so homie and the the property just what we hoped for.

"Foi incrível, super recomendo, tanto o chuveiro quanto a torneira da pia tem água quente, ar condicionado no quarto e tem uma lareira porém não usamos.
O hotel fica um pouco longe do centro, porém se for de carro é só estacionar em alguma rua e fazer o passeio apé. "
"Amazing installations and service. Personnel make you feel welcomed and invited to their home. Lovely and Kind. We left very early in the morning and they anticipated the breakfast service so we didn’t travel almost 2 hours with nothing. Place is quite new and super clean. "Excelente estadia! Segura, confortável, bem pertinho da Av. Borges de Medeiros e da Av. das Hortênsias, onde tudo acontece em Gramado! Os apartamentos standard ficam num prédio anexo ao lado do prédio principal onde servem o café da manhã, que é excelente!"
"Quarto com limpeza impecável, com o sossego da natureza ao redor, estilo cabaninha no meio do mato e de fácil acesso. Ótimo para descansar durante os dias de passeio na região. Só a recepção não foi muito receptiva no período noturno, mas todos os outros funcionários eram muito prestativos, amigáveis e educados. As rosquinhas do café da manhã são uma delícia (quando tem disponível no buffet, porque a la carte não tem a opção), assim como os outros pratos mais caseiros. Esse esquema diferenciado no café também deixou um pouco a desejar pois não engloba muitos itens do buffet (nem coisas básicas como bacon de acompanhamento de omelette)"
