Great hotel,, breakfast buffet was very good, someone cooking eggs,tapioca ,, juice breads coffe fruit, cakes. Only problem you need to drive or uber to town. They do have shuttle but only every hour

My stay at the Wyndham Gramado was nothing short of exceptional. Hotel staff were extremely pleasant and friendly, cleanliness is central to their operations and hotel offerings such as pool and dining were simply top-notch. Shame we didn’t get to experience more of the property as we were in town for a conference. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Gramado- just be sure to rent a car as you’ll need it to venture into the beautiful town.

O hotel estava lotado o que deixou o serviço a desejar, o serviço de estacionamento do hotel foi péssimo, ficamos 1h esperando nosso carro para ir jantar no sábado à noite. Tentei fazer um pedido na cozinha e não fui atendida, muita gente para a estrutura das piscinas da qual oferecem! Café da manhã de qualidade, porém também estava caótico pela quantidade de pessoas! Muito caos no checkin e no checkout(por conta da retirada dos carros), tirando esses pontos negativos, foi tudo bem com a estadia, quartos amplos e grandes e fornecem todo o restante de estrutura.

Horrível, muita gente para pouca infraestrutura.

Por ser Resort é horrivel. Cheio de gente, piscina pequena. Hidromassagens horríveis tem 6 para mais de mil pessoas. Atendimento Horrivel. Parece hotel publico de tanta gente. A infraestrutura nao comporta tnta gente.

Melhorias para aumentar percepção de bem estar

Melhorar entrega de veículos, poderiam permitir o hóspede estacionar ou retirar o veículo: 30 minutos de espera é muito longo. Cafe da manhã e almoço são bem comuns, incompatível com a proposta de 4 estrelas. Area de piscinas não comporta o número de hóspedes com super lotação do hotel. Não tem cadeiras suficientes para se acomodar. Uma das piscinas interna poderia estar em temperatura mais amena. As crianças reclamavam a temperatura maior para mergulhar e nadar. Sala de jogos precisa ventilação . Comunicação dos blocos passam pela recepção . Poderiam ter outras ligações para evitar o acúmulo de pessoas pela recepção com check In check out , trânsito de pessoal entre blocos e etc. o quarto estava limpo e ordenado mas não tem nenhum apelo para estar dentro e desfrutar paisagem ou algo do gênero. Sensação de enclausuramento .

A propriedade fica longe do centro de Gramado, tem um transfer em alguns horários pre estabelecidos. Mas só cabem 15 pessoas, um hotel com 474 apartamentos, fica muito deficitário. A piscina tem só 7 guardassois para todos esses hóspedes, piscina não comporta tanta gente. Deficiente também em cadeiras e espaguetes na piscina e por fim o espaço é pequeno para tanta gente. O chuveiro ruim, estava tomando banho e a água ficava mudando a temperatura , passava de quente a fria a cada minuto. O estacionamento é terceirizado, com bastante burocracia e demora na hora que necessita utilizar o carro, além de ser caro R$42,00 por dia e meu carro ficou no estacionamento descoberto. Esse hotel eu não retorno.
