O imóvel é bastante espaçoso, com 2 camas de casal e um sofá cama bem confortáveis. Fica próximo à rua Coberta, ao Hard Rock e ao Supermercado Nacional. A internet é de boa qualidade.

Primeira vez que fico não fico em hotel em uma viagem e fiquei surpreso positivamente. Muito bom apartamento, limpo, bem equipado com utensílios de cozinha (inclusive cafeteira, sanduicheira), máquina de lavar, secadora etc. praticamente não precisa levar nada. Além disso o dono foi muito simpático, sempre disponível para tirar dúvidas. Fomos recebido pelo Cassio que também foi bastante prestativo, além de pontual. Por fim o imóvel é bem centralizado, com varias atrações e restaurantes próximos, na maior parte das saídas não precisei de carro. Recomendo!!

Fiquei hospedado, do dia 02/11 a 06/11. apartamento muito limpo e aconchegante. perto da rua coberta e demais pontos turísticos. aluguei um carro mas deixei na garagem, pois como o acesso é muito bom, fiz tudo a pé , conhecendo a região. o apartamento tem todos os utensílios de cozinha, roupa de cama, toalhas, ferro de passar e secador. Gostei , e voltarei assim que possível.

Esse imóvel atendeu a todas as nossas necessidades. Dentre elas, a sua localização(por estar no centro), favorece em muito, a acessibilidade de uma forma geral em diversos pontos, principalmente à Av. Borges de Medeiros, na qual, concentra-se as mais variadas opções de : gastronomia, entretenimentos e etc... Minha esposa e eu, juntamente com os nossos amigos, ficamos bastante satisfeitos. Localização maravilhosa, perto de tudo no centro, apto. bem equipado com todos os utensílios para o nosso conforto.... Sensacional! Eu, minha esposa, minha mãe e meus filhos, ficamos hospedados do dia 14/07 ao dia 25/07. A estadia foi maravilhosa, apartamento funcional, wifi, todos os utensílios básicos de uma casa(louça, talheres, toalhas, cobertores, secador de cabelo, lavadora e secadora de roupas, geladeira, fogão, micro ondas, calefação, enfim.. Tudo funcionando. A localização é privilegiada(cinco quadras da rua principal), íamos a pé ou as vans dos restaurantes iam nos pegar em dias de chuva. A Gabriela, proprietária, é super atenciosa, gentil e acessível, o Cássio responsável por nos receber tb. O imóvel é tal qual como descrito, ideal para quem quer curtir gramado e seus passeios. Melhor custo benefício. Basta dizer que pretendo voltar e ficar no mesmo apartamento.

Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa do início ao fim, desde o primeiro contato com a proprietária do apartamento Gabriella que é um amor de pessoa, sempre disposta a nos tirar todas as dúvidas em relação a cidade, passeios...hehehe...O apartamento é maravilhoso, super aconchegante e tem tudo o que precisamos, tudo mesmo, isso fez com que nos sentíssemos em casa, além de ficar próximo a muitos pontos turísticos. Íamos caminhando para a rua coberta e para o espetáculo da Expo Gramado. Gabriella está de parabéns e sem dúvidas quando retornarmos a Gramado já sabemos onde ficar. Obrigada por tudoooo! O imóvel é exatamente como o descrito no site. A localização é ótima, pois é muito próximo para ir andando ao centro de Gramado (rua coberta e proximidade); e ao mesmo tempo tem uma noite tranquila e sem barulho. Toda a negociação e procedimentos de check in e check out ocorreram conforme o combinado. A estadia foi um dos pontos altos da viagem adorei!
