Charming duplex apartment in Gramado for up to 6 people, in the Black Forest Condominium, which is situated in one of the most valued neighborhoods of the city, BAIRRO LAGO NEGRO. The property is only 350 mts. from Black Lake, the largest tourist attraction in Gramado, with pedal boats, picnic areas and natural beauty. It is also close to Mini Mundo, a must see park with about 3,000 miniatures, many with their own movements. The air-conditioned apartment has 2 floors with WiFi and garage. The first floor has 3 large windows overlooking a beautiful forest and part of the Quilombo Valley. It also has: 1 living room with fireplace, 1 dining room, 1 bedroom with double bed and wardrobe, fully equipped kitchen and a toilet. On the second floor is a full mountain-style, sloping, low-slung, Queen-size Silver Star Castor Bed with Pocket springs, new, Altenburg blankets, Cortex sheets and Nasa pillows, all new to provide maximum comfort. guests. On the way to the suite, there is a mezzanine with 2 single beds. The apartment is equipped with: fridge, microwave, sandwich maker, blender, electric cooker, fireplace, wood burning stove, TV, DVD, crockery, pots, cutlery, fireplace, wardrobe, bed linen, table and bath. Finally, the property is fully furnished as a house to comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. It also has 1 parking space in covered garage and one parking space, discoveries, both within the condominium. So you should just worry about packing and traveling. Nossa estadia foram de 7 dias, o local é muito bem localizado, tanto o proprietário como o administrador foram muito solícitos e atenciosos. O local é confortável, única dificuldade foi com o chuveiro e o banheiro do piso inferior que não estava com a limpeza 100%. Em geral gostamos muito e recomendamos essa estadia.

Ficamos hospedados por uma semana, pela segunda vez, no Floresta Negra. O apartamento permanecesse extremamente bem cuidado, limpo e organizado. Foram realizadas melhorias que deixam o ambiente do apartamento mais aconchegante e apaixonante. Os jardins e instalações do condomínio, muito bem cuidados, completam a oferta de uma estadia excelente. Tudo foi muito positivo, desde os contatos com a Sra Maria de Fátima, proprietária, ao zelador, Sr Vanderlei, um camarada muito prestativo e cortês, que nos recebe sempre muito bem. A cidade de Gramado, cada vez mais linda, também nos ofereceu um espetáculo de luzes e beleza com as decorações e apresentações do Natal Luz. Com certeza retornaremos em breve e nossa hospedagem será, novamente, o Floresta Negra!!!

Este ano estivemos pela segunda fez em Gramado e ficamos hospedados novamente no Apto da Sra Fátima, no Condomínio Floresta Negra. O local é extremamente agradável, oferece uma hospitalidade impar e fica próximo às principais atrações de Gramado . Constatamos que o apartamento continua muito bem cuidado nos detalhes, muito limpo, arrumado, com tudo funcionando. Este ano percebemos que foram feitas algumas melhorias que tornam o local ainda mais aconchegante. Do lado de fora do apartamento dispomos, também, de uma estrutura muito bem cuidada com jardim, gramado e o salão social. O processo de locação foi perfeito, desde os contatos com a proprietária aos zeladores, Sr. Vanderlei e esposa que nos recebem com toda educação, simpatia e camaradagem. Com certeza voltaremos a Gramado em breve e nosso local de hospedagem será, mais uma vez, este apartamento.

O imóvel descrito supera as expectativas. Tanto pela tranquilidade na negociação e pagamento das diárias, quanto da receptividade da pessoa responsável pelo condomínio Floresta Negra. O local é belíssimo, próximo dos melhores locais da cidade e muito bem equipado. A decoração é pitoresca, móveis em harmonia com a proposta do local. Contato com a natureza, sons de pássaros, jardins bem cuidados, água corrente, segurança, entre tantas outras boas qualidades. Internet wifi em bom funcionamento, camas confortáveis, banho quente relaxante. Enfim, um lugar para ir e querer voltar novamente.

Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo zelador do local, até a lenha e a montagem da lareira ele providenciou. Ele foi muito atencioso e prestativo. As acomodações são exatamente como descritas, o duplex tem toda infraestrutura, incluindo roupa de cama e banho, incluindo utensílios da cozinha. Todos nós adoramos. Já pensamos em voltar.,

O apartamento é muito aconchegante , com uma localização no meio a da natureza com muito ar puro , ideal para caminhadas . Andamos muito , só usamos carro para voltar. Já recomendei a outras pessoas. O atendimento da pessoa responsável foi com muita prestabilidade e simpatia. O espaço dentro do apartamento foi bem aproveitado para acomodar até seis pessoas.
