Wonderful Stay!

My family of four spent several wonderful nights exploring Garmisch and Munich using Phillipe's apartment as our home base. The apartment is spacious, fully equipped and most importantly sparkling clean. Phillipe was a great host, easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The location was perfect for easy access to sights as there is a bus stop at the entry way. Grocery stores are literally next door so it is easy to pop over for any food. Plus it is very quiet and we all slept well, an important part for any successful vacation with kids. We would definitely recommend booking this apartment!

Quaint winter escape

The apartment was conveniently located for our visiting purposes. The apartment was surprisingly large and had all needed appliances except for a washer and dryer. The apartment was extremely clean and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. As far as checking in, if my son did not live in the area to retrieve the key before 7pm, I don't know how I would have gotten the key with the long trip I had had for the day. A key lockbox would be convenient to use only if you have someone unable to be in person from 3-7p during those check in times. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Skifahren im Zugspitzgebiet

Die Fewo liegt zwischen der Alpspitz- und Zugspitzbergbahn - beide sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. In direkter Nachbarschaft (5 min zu Fuß) gibt es verschiedene Supermärkte (Aldi und Edeka).Wir waren zum Skifahren hier und es war sehr angenehm.Für Partyfreunde, die in der Wohnung die ganze Nacht durchfeiern möchten ist sie eher nicht geeignet, da sie sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus befindet, und die Hausordnung mit den Ruhezeiten einzuhalten ist.Uns als Familie hat dies nicht gestört, wir waren ja zum Urlaub und Erholung hier.

Gute Ferienwohnung - schöner Urlaub

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser Ferienwohnung, Betten, Bad, Küche alles bestens. Nähe zur Zugspitze und Garmisch sehr gut. Aufgrund schlechtem Wetter 2 Tage früher abgereist. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert hier zu buchen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Familien-Urlaub mit Hund. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral (zwischen Resort und Camping Grainau), nahe an Garmisch-Partenkirchen und den sehr schönen Ausflugszielen wie Zugspitze, Eibsee etc.

FEWO Grainau

sehr schöne Wohnung in sehr schöner Umgebung. Besonders hervorheben muß ich den Gastgeber Herrn von Zitzewitz. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Top Schlüsselübergabe, Die Wohnung hat eibe sehr gute Lage mit Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Sehr empfehlenswert

Guter Ausgangsstartpunkt für Wanderungen

eine ausreichend große , gut ausgestattete Wohnung , ideal für 2 Personen. Ein kleiner Wermutstropfen für uns war das fehlende Leselicht im Wohnzimmer. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, fußläufig zu erreichen ( Aldi, Edeka), Gasthof Schmökl ebenfalls nahebei. Sehr gute Busanbindung vor der Haustür. Ein kleiner Fußmarsch durch Alpenwiesen, ca 30 Min und man hat Grainau erreicht. Für Hundebesitzer ideal, wegen Nähe eines schönen Wäldchens am Ufer der Loisach. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super Preis-/Leistung, guter Vermieter!

Inzwischen mein ca. 10. Aufenthalt in Grainau und mein zweiter Aufenthalt in dieser Wohnung. Lage: Ruhig und doch zentral um alles Notwendige sehr schnell erreichen zu können. Wohnung sehr sauber und ordentlich! Es gibt hier alle Utensilien, die man braucht. Vermieter war mir sehr entgegenkommend als ich kurzfristig angekündigen musste, dass ich meinen Aufenthalt abkürzen musste, indem er mir 50% der Reisekosten zu den ausstehenden Tagen zurückerstattet hatte. Das nenne ich doch mal ein Gentleman-Agreement! Inzwischen ist Grainau zu meiner zweiten Heimat geworden, ich komme immer wieder gerne hierher, weil ich die Ursprünglichkeit der Natur hier sehr schätze! Ich möchte an dieser Stelle nochmals ein herzliches Dankeschön an meinen Vermieter Herrn Zitzewitz loswerden: Sehr unkompliziert und guter Kontakt!

Tolle Lage

Die FeWo ist gut ausgestattet. Direkt vor dem Haus hält stündlich der Eibseebus, der zwischen Eibsee und Garmisch-Patenkirchen hin- und herpendelt. Sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit in unmittelbarer Nähe. Und vor allem kann man von der FeWo aus direkt loswandern und ist in der Natur.

Basislager zur Zugspitze

Sehr gut gelegen zum Erreichen der Zugspitzbahntalstation, nur 10 Autominuten, in die Innenstadt von Garmisch nur 10 Busminuten. Sehr freundliche und umkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber zuvor und bei bei Ankunft und Abreise.
