"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The location is fantastic—peaceful, quiet, and tucked away from the hustle and bustle, yet less than a 10-minute drive from anything you might need. That said, you may not need much at all, as the hosts go above and beyond to ensure everything you could possibly want or need is already provided.The views of the lake and surrounding foliage are absolutely stunning, and stargazing at night was an added bonus. The property also has kayaks available, which is a wonderful touch. The kitchen is exceptionally well equipped, making it easy to feel right at home.Communication with the hosts was seamless throughout our stay, and their thoughtfulness truly made the experience even more special.If you’re looking for a quiet, peaceful getaway surrounded by beautiful scenery, this place is a must-stay! We highly recommend it and would love to return."

"This was a wonderful stay! We did have an issue while there, but the owners were fast with answering and providing a solution. Overall the property was clean, but could use some more detailed cleaning in a few spots. The kitchen had everything we needed, we cooked a couple of nights there. The fishing was great! We caught a bunch of large mouth bass, our kids had a blast. Because of its proximity to a main road, we did hear loud traffic most of our time there, but it wouldn’t stop us from staying there again."

"Enjoyed our time very much. Only missed the loons. Everything was just as described. Clear instructions. Comfortable. My personal minus- a bit chilly in the season and the heater didn’t really help. Had to strip blankets from the rest of the beds to keep warm at night. And 3 pairs of socks . Good location to explore the area. Beautiful Maine."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It wasn’t fancy but it was clean. We loved being so close to the lake. Having the fire pit and chairs by the water was perfect. The water is clear and the little “beach” area and pathways to the water were very clean. There is a table and chairs with a grill right outside the back door which is great. My only complaint is the beds were very uncomfortable. They did have a foam topper but a newer mattress would be better. Other than that, the pillows, bedding and towels were good quality. We had trouble with the lock at first but customer support was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again!"

"Such a wonderful, beautiful, Unique property. Can't say how much I LOVED "camping" there. (I put camping in quotes because its more like GLAMPING.) Everything you could possibly need to go camping is already there. The little A frame for sleeping was perfect. Mattress was cozy and comfortable. It is right on a lake that is great for canoeing. There is another lake about 5 minutes down the road that is the MOST BEAUTIFUL LAKE that has amazing swimming. Ask the owner for directions. The owner is amazing. Very communicative. Very helpful. Very kind. We are definitely doing back to stay on July the 4th. Such a perfect time to be there. Very thankful we found that place. The owner is a peach. Super sweet. 😀"

"This is by far one of the best hosted houses we have ever stayed in. There was not one thing that we needed that was not provided. From excellent cookware, a well stocked kitchen, baby supplies, kayaks and life jackets. We couldn’t have asked for more. The grounds were lovely, the beach amazing, and the house immaculate. My only hesitation in recommending it is that others will find this gem and we won’t be able to rent it next time! Thank you so much for such a thoughtfully maintained home!"
