"This is a very unique and once in a lifetime place to stay. It is a 10-15 minute walk along the cliffs above the sea to reach the historic cottage. It is definitely a bit rustic, but an authentic experience. We visited the towns of Cinque Terre which were very touristy and it was a relief to return to this isolated location with amazing views. Mariella was great at communicating through WhatsApp and met us and lead us all the way to the cottage- which is necessary because google maps won’t get...

"Our stay in La Spezia was perfect to stay and have for a home base to sight see in Cinque Terre by train. The station, La Spezia Centrale, was less than 10 minutes, which is very convenient. The property was well taken care of and suited our needs. There’s a tiny lift for luggage but is great so you’re not lugging your luggage up the stairs. The road to get to the property is super narrow, but we had Maserati Levante and it fit through the tunnel. Would definitely recommend!!!"

"We had a wonderful stay in this lovely apartment cosy but roomy enough. Loved the welcome amenities that Clemente provided which is a nice touch. Clemente was very proactive from the beginning to the end and the detailed instructions were very helpful. The apartment is well equipped and it’s a peaceful haven in the neighborhood of Portovenere called Fezzano which is conveniently located next to the bus line. Overall I would recommend for smaller families or couple and even with young children....

"Apartment is very well kept and in good condition, the property is not in Cinque Terre, you have to take bus to train station (once there easy to move around the 5 villages). Host was very service oriented and informative. Something practical about the apartment is that it’s walking distance to La Spezia marina, if you want to take boat tour to Cinque Terre villages. "

"Fantastic apartment, has everything you need and is very spacious. The apartment is in a courtyard that has many coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. There is a grocery store literally 20 seconds out the front door. There is a large alleyway that goes all the way to the train station (15 minutes), that has every kind of store you need and has fabulous shopping."
