"This is a beautiful hotel in an excellent location. If you like bright beautiful hotels, this is the place for you. If you are into dark and dingy, this isn’t the place for you. We stayed in a room for three. Everything was clean, spacious, and properly arranged. I love it when a hotel has a magnifying make up mirror and good lighting. The staff are welcoming, helpful, and friendly"

"Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out. "

"Beautiful chic hotel. I chose the deluxe room with terrace. The terrace spanned the entire face of the building and was styled as a living room ~ wonderful. The perfect space for my German Shepard. Breakfast was to point with delicious cheeses, grain bread and eggs made to order. Staff was gracious and helpful. The only downside is all of the outdoor windows are lined with bright LED lighting. I like to sleep with windows ajar so this was very inconvenient; lights shone directly into the bedroom. "
