A nice hotel in a quiet area,2 minutes walk to the beach rooms are a decent size,Everything you need. balcony is lovely to relax on. Good shower and bathroom. Though the bed was hard. Breakfast was plentiful with everything you want without being fancy. Staff where helpful and friendly, free parking is available, great local market every Saturday. 10 to 20 minutes walk along the promenade to the centre, plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. Great valve for money, Would happily stay again.

Bella esperienza

È stata una bella esperienza. I punti di forza dell’hotel sono stati: - la colazione ( salumi ottimi e dolci casalinghi sempre diversi ogni mattina e squisiti !) - la posizione ottimale per la spiaggia e il centro città - la gentilezza del personale Punti di debolezza: - reception non presente 24 su 24 - dopo la colazione ritornando in camera abbiamo trovato la signora delle pulizie già all’opera… considerando che la colazione è alle 8 e noi siamo tornate in stanza alle 8.30 … penso che il personale potrebbe posticipare un po’ nel rifare le stanze. E non vale dirci di mettere il DO NOT DISTURB fuori dalla porta mentre siamo nella sala della colazione... Per il resto siamo state molto bene.

Utmärkt hotell

Ett trevligt hotell som ligger lite utanför centrum. Bra cyklar att låna löste detta. Bra frukost och bra parkeringsmöjligheter i närområdet

l'accueil, le professionnalisme du personnel, la tranquillité. tout le séjour nous avons pu profiter du calme, des nuits sans bruit à part la dernière nuit ou le climatiseur de la chambre d'à côté placé sur le balcon, a fonctionné toute la nuit. Ce fut infernal et nous n'avons pas fermé l'oeil !

Sehr gutes Preisleistungsverhältnis, gute Lage zum Strand. Der Gratis-Fahrradverleih ist super, das hat uns sehr mobil gemacht. Da Frühstück ist für ital. Verhältnisse gut, Die Damen am Buffet waren ein wenig gestresst. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Größe war ideal. Absoult Empfehlenswert

Non so come siano le camere al secondo piano, ma al primo si possono contare tutte le volte che nel piano superiore usano in bagno. I tubi dello scarico dell'acqua passano di ambo le pareti della camera.

Bellavista hotel is in a good location, close to the beach and in a walking distance to the historical city centre. We had no problem with parking. The room was nice and clean with comfortable beds. They clean the room everyday. Wifi worked well, breakfast was good. The staff was very nice and they speak German and English, besides Italian. I recommend this place to stay for a nice holiday.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, die Zimmer in Ordnung, alles zusammen sauber, das Personal sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Auch der Gratis-Fahrrad-Verleih ist ein tolles Angebot. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Sehr freundlicher Betrieb mit einer sehr familiären Atmosphäre, saubere Zimmer, Fühstück war auch ausreichend und alle waren sehr um guten Service bemüht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist bei diesem Hotel meiner Meinung nach Top. Man kann sich auch kostenlos Fahrräder ausborgen und ist dann innerhalb von 5 Minuten im Zentrum von Grado. Das heißt, dass ich selbst die Lage des Hotels, die leicht abseits liegt, nicht zwingend als Nachteil erachten würde. Fahrradständer gibts auch überall im Ort verteilt, man muss sich also keine Gedanken machen wo man es jetzt abstellen könnte. Parkplätze sind im Hotel vorhanden (Wenn auch leider nur wenige) sowie unmittelbar angrenzend ist eine große Parkfläche (Wobei man da aufpassen muss, da samstags scheinbar immer ein Marktplatz dort aufgebaut wird und man dann ggf. umparken müsste). Ich kann dieses Hotel aber auf jeden Fall nur empfehlen, insbesondere wenn man einen Kurzurlaub nach Grado plant.

Hotel carino, rinnovato recentemente. 10-15 minuti dal centro (a piedi). Personale cortese e disponibile. Unica scocciatura: il riscaldamento della camera è tramite condizionatore, quindi un po' rumoroso anche durante la notte.

L'hotel dista a una mezzoretta dal centro storico di grado. Accoglienza cortese. Posti auto "riservati" del tutto insufficienti e considerato che anche i parcheggi liberi della zona sono completamente saturi la ricerca, durante l'alta stagione, può diventare piuttosto impegnativa.

Sehr familiär geführtes Hotel in Strandnähe.

Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bis zum Zentrum ist es ein kleiner Marsch. Ganzes Hotelteam sehr nett. Ein Sonnenschutz auf dem Balkon hat uns gefehlt.

Familiär geführtes kleines Hotel in Strandnähe

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Grado kurzfristig gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel bietet Parkplätze, wir hatten zu4t genug Platz im Zimmer. Auch ein Kühlschrank war vorhanden. Ich hätte mir etwas mehr Ablagefläche oder Aufhängemöglichkeiten im Bad gewünscht.

Empfehlenswertes Hotel

Sehr gut gelegenes Hotel, kostenfreier Strandzugang (breiter Sandstrand mit mietbaren Sonnenschirmen und Liegen und sehr großer Liegewiese unter schön schattigen Bäumen) nur fünf Laufminuten entfernt. Abends ins Zentrum- nur zehn bis fünfzehn Laufminuten. Im Hotel gibt es ausreichend kostenfreie Fahrräder zur Nutzung. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich und ausreichend. Dazu kann man auch auf der kleinen Terrasse sitzen. Und der Nähe findet man einen gut sortierten Spar Markt und viele kleine gute und auch preiswerte Lokale. Das Auto lässt sich in unmittelbarer Nähe auf einem kostenfreiem Parkplatz abstellen. Hier findet man auch in der Hochsaison immer Platz. Nur Samstag muss es etwas entfernter geparkt werden, da Markttag. Wir waren in der Hochsaison hier und waren von ruhigen und liebevollen Art des Hotels und der Mitarbeiter begeistert. Wir können dieses Hotel hundertprozentig weiterempfehlen.
