"Lovely place, friendly staff, great food."

"Another fabulous stay at Cromwell Arms. We stayed in a double room, and my brothers had a twin room all with tea/coffee facilities, tv and shower room with towels and complimentary shower gel, shampoo & soaps. The bed was so comfortable and as we couldn’t open the window they had left us a fan on in the room which was so thoughtful as it was a very warm day and room was so cool. We decided to eat at the Cromwell Arms as when we stayed last year the food was very good and homemade with great quality produce. I had the Sirloin & King Prawn, husband had Katsu Chicken Curry & Rice, and my Brothers the Homemade Beefburger all delicious. So full after we couldn’t even manage a pudding which i was really looking forward to as they had my favourite Melt in the middle chocolate fondant and ice cream but will definitely leave room next time we are down which should be hopefully round beginning of June. Breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious. I had Eggs Benedict, and the rest had a Full English. The Cromwell Arms is a lovely friendly pub and felt very welcomed. Thanks again x"

"We stayed 2 nights in an estate room just me and the hubby, then our adult kids and my parents joined us Friday to Monday for my 50th birthday and we stayed in a four bedroom valley view lodge with a hot tub. We were very lucky as had sun the whole time we were there. Room was lovely, lodge was amazing. Lodge was fabulous inside and out and the views were amazing. Stunning views everywhere, the whole place is so well kept and beautiful. Activities for those who want them, we tried archery. Inside pool was large and nice but parts of it could do with a little tlc, however I wouldn’t mark it down for that because everything else was so good. Outside pool wasn't open yet. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Holly on reception was brilliant and super helpful and Shelby and James that did the archery with us were really lovely. Will definitely stay again. "

"Staff and very helpful and friendly, food in the restaurant was excellent and good price. Good selection of beers in the bar. Free Parking behind the hotel. Perfekt place if you are staying as us on a visit to RHS Rosemoor. We will definitely stay again when visiting. Cannot speak more highly of the staff and hotel. "
