"We enjoyed our stay in Villa Cvita. It is located in a quite village, but it is well located for visiting places in the neighborhood, like Zaddar, Pag island and Paklenica national park. The swimmingpool was pleasant with the high temperatures during our stay. The house is spacious and has everything needed.The host was very friendly and even left a box with vegetables and goodies. later on she brought us some eggs from their own chickens. definitely worth a stay."

"Loved staying at this property and couldn't beat the view which was stunning. Property was better than photos suggested and well equipped. Not the biggest property in the world but as we were renting as a couple only it met all our needs. Hosts were brilliant and kept in touch throughout trip."

"The host got us in touch with his daughter who spoke fluent English and was super helpful, always extremely fast to respond to any request and always happy to help! The villa itself was modern, clean and spacious, the surrounding grounds around the pool and front of house was a lot bigger than expected! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to go back! "

"Wir hatten entspannte 14 Tage. Durch die Häuser und die schöne Steinmauer von der Außenwelt abgeschottet, konnten wir den Pool ganz für uns genießen. In dem schönen Freisitz haben wir gefrühstückt, Kaffee getrunken und Abend gegessen und saßen bis spät in die Nacht. Die Poolbeleuchtung tat Ihr übriges zu einem tollen Flair. Es war super!"

"Wir waren mit allen rund um sehr zu Frieden. Die Vermieterin ist immer erreichbar und sehr aufgeschlossen. Wer viel Ruhe im Urlaub haben möchte ist dies genau das richtig. Im Dorf gibt es eine kleine Kneipe die auch zu empfehlen ist. Wir sind durchaus bestrebt dies wieder zu buchen wenn das Grundstück komplett umzäunt ist wegen unserem Hund."

"Loved the property and location. It is a bit of a drive from split airport 1hr 15mins but no real issue. Fantastic location to visit split, trogir, krka national park and sibinek. Best features were the pool and the outdoor dining and BBQ area. Also the abundance of figs that we were more than happy to eat. Das Haus steht am Berg direkt an der Küste, und weil es sehr steil ist, hat man einen Blick fast über die ganze Bucht inkl. Sonnenuntergang von der tollen Terrasse. Die Ausstattung ist modern und noch fast neu. Die Lage ist ideal, zum kleinen, aber sauberen und beschaulichen Strand sind es nur 5 Minuten Fußweg. "Skabrnja is 25 minutes by car from Zadar. It's a cosy little village and gives you an impression of rural life in Croatia. The house is really nice and the premises was spotless and very well maintained. The best of all, however, was our host Ana. We couldn't be more happy with her. When we arrived at the house she had prepared a ham and cheese plate for us. There was water in the fridge and chocolate for the kids. She also took effort in helping with all our requests. "Beautiful villa, perfect for families. Lovely large pool. Lots of outside areas. Beautiful views. A bit remote so a car is a necessity. Looks like a lot of renovations going on around the area so maybe in a year there maybe a few pubs / restaurants popping up. I would definitely stay again. "

"Wir waren 10 Tage Ende Juni hier. Sehr schönes, neues und modernes Haus mit einem schönen Pool und Garten. Alles sehr gepflegt. Pool hat ca die Maße 7x7 m und 1,5 tief. Hundefreundlich. Wir haben für den Pool eine Hunde Nottreppe mit, falls er beim Spielen mal reinfällt. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und antwortet sofort auf Fragen. Haus ist gut und modern ausgestattet.
