"Great immaculately clean and very well maintained hotel/apartments. You can catch a bus or a tram from the location into the city but we chose to walk. I’d say it’s about a 25 minute walk but it’s a nice easy walk through a good area with plenty of places to stop on the way. The staff on reception were great and very friendly and helpful. We’d have no hesitation on stopping again if we visit Heidelberg."

"The room was clean! Wi-fi was working fine, no issues there. The staff were not really friendly, but we didn't need assistance/help, so again, no issues there!"
