"I wish hotels would be honest and let you know upfront that they are having renovations done! And then be mindful about placing guests as far from the work as possible rather than right on top of it. Road lodges also seem to have made it their mission to find the hardest most uncomfortable beds but at least the rooms and linen are clean and the showers are hot. I didn’t do breakfast as the cloud of renovation dust enveloping the restaurant area and buffet put me off."
