"The room was poorly cleaned on our first day with stained carpets. There was never anyone around at the pool/sauna desk and nobody could explain if the sauna was included or charged so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices. A lot of children staying here so better for families I think. I would say that despite being in the four star section, it was more like a three star. No minibar or room service menu. "We enjoyed our 5 night stay. The place is spacious, quiet and clean. Very modern and beautiful. Nice views of Mount Triglav from the dining room table. Best of all it is easy to get to. "My husband and I spent 5 nights at this wonderful property. The location allowed us to easily explore places like Bled, Bohinj, the Soca Valley area and we even ventured in to Austria one afternoon.
