"The room was very clean. The only complaint about the room was the shower, water pressure was very low and the shower curtain was too short so the whole bathroom floor was so soaked after one shower. The grounds needed more cleaning as there was alot of broken glass in the the back of the property were our room was, and where we were to walk our dog."

"Parking was tight - spaces somewhat narrow. I secured the last available spot for an automobile (but then I arrived at 1:15 a.m.). Room was clean, had a neutral aroma, but a bit small. Bed was full size, not a queen as requested. Included breakfast included a nice selection of hot and cold items, some fruit. Dining area was well arranged and had plenty of seating. The Best Western's location is very convenient for travelers using PVD airport."

"The room was clean, and I appreciated being offered an upgrade to a suite for an additional charge rather than having to stay in the smoking room I had originally booked for the first night. Unfortunately, my stay was overshadowed by the hotel manager’s behavior. At check-in, a front desk employee told me that the hotel would take care of the second night of my stay. I took this to mean that I could remain in the suite for the second night without an additional charge, rather than move to the...

"Clean room daily and excellent breakfast Staff was always helpful"

"Check in was easy, friendly and efficient staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Ample self parking, close to airport, highway and restaurants."

"Friendly, fast check-in. Nice, spacious room. Very clean and relatively new."

"The owner was such a lovely, helpful and kind person. I loved our stay and we are definitely recommending this property as well as visiting it again! Thanks for all the attention, help and guidance during our stay."

"The room was clean and staff were friendly. We did have to call the front desk to get some extra towels and they came right up. The hallway did have an odor of marijuana, but otherwise everything else was clean."

"Staffs are very kind and kind."

"Sólo me hospedé una noche, pero estuvo bien"

"The toilet was too low, not ADA compliant."

"We were guests in the apartment for 2 nights. This house and some others on the street are historical gems, Lots of renovations going on, but not bothersome, just interesting. The location is very convenient and pleasant for walking. We were very pleased with the cleanliness and simple decor. The only issue were the mattresses. They were disappointingly sagging and we spent all night rolling to the center. It seems that they could be replaced. Also, as mentioned in another review, the back...

"this is not a upscale hotel. It serves a utilitarian purpose. The best thing about the hotel were the beds. They were excellent. The staff is also extremely helpful. Unfortunately, this property needs some maintenance work. Also, they should have a lock on all the doors except for the front door after 8 PM. Anybody can walk in the back door or the side door which are completely unlocked and unsupervised. That’s not safe. We had a problem with the toilet in the first room they gave us would not...
