"Room was clean, except we had to request for the air conditioner to be adjusted because we had no heat. They did exchanged the air conditioner unit but still didn't work. We chose not to move from that room because to much to move. It was only one more night. Overall it was good."

"The place is a converted warehouse. It was creatively layed out with an open concept. I felt very at home while there.My wife also enjoyed the space less the shower. The shower is completely open air.a and for her it was a bit public even though there is a door for the bathroom. The neighborhood is safe but there is very little to walk to but there are alot of good food places and bars just a short drive away."

"There was visible damage and overall it did not seem clean or well maintained. It also lacked basic items, like glasses"

"The apartment was perfect for our overnight stay. Every room was pristine clean. There were nice clean towels and soap laid out at the end of each bed which was a nice welcoming touch. I would definitely stay over this same place again and would recommend. Thank you!"

"Group of fraternity brothers have been getting together for 25 years for a long Weekend This was the first in an urban setting / have always stayed in the suburbs. Location was great - walking distance to several local restaurants- all of which were fantastic. The place was clean, beds very comfortable. Big screen a big plus as we watched college and pro football games. Host was accessible and immediately answered any questions we had. "

"The house was nice and the communication was fabulous. Comfortable place to stay.Only thoughts would be to have additional dishes (not enough plates/cups for the number of guests allowed) and recommend communication about the garage door app (at check-in) since we were asked to park in the garage (it was really convenient to park in the garage and have the app to open and close the door).Overall, great place to stay."
