"The reception area smelled of cheap men’s cologne. The smell reminded me of taxis in Brazil. The shower/bath tub had poor drainage. The bed was difficult to sleep in and I felt like I was falling off of it. The hotel seemed nice enough and some of the staff were helpful but the hotel needs better management. The shuttle service was actually the best part! Don’t drink the coffee! Coffee was better on the KLM flight!"
