"Accommodation was fine, on arrival the guy who was on reception seemed unwilling to give any information, we (4) were on motorcycles, very obviously, however, despite there being a garage available he didnt mention it. another guest told us there’s was a garage, so we had to get the info off him, same situation with the control unit for the windows/blinds. By contrast, the young lady on reception the following morning couldn’t have been more helpful."

"Fantastic house enjoyed by our family of 10 (3 generations) and our dog. The holiday wasn’t spoilt by the poor weather because the house was great. Lots of space - pool, sauna and games room meant everyone was entertained. Prüm is a nice quiet place and we managed to also catch a brilliant concert which was part of the Prümer Sommer! We also easily drove to Luxembourg for the day. Fab holiday!"

"Everything was good. Communication and facilities were good. The swimming place was too good!. The only issue we faced was the instant heater in the bathroom, getting stable hot water was a huge problem. The instant water heater situation needs to be improved"
