"Absolutely exceeded expectations! Even though this is technically a 4-star hotel, it more than deserves 5 stars in my book. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - special shoutout to Kerry for going above and beyond! The breakfast was a highlight, with a great variety and some excellent vegan options (which can be hard to find). The wellness facilities were top-notch too - the swimming pool, sauna, and steam room made for a relaxing and refreshing stay. If I'm ever back in the area, I’ll definitely be staying here again. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough!"

"Great wee weekend in Dunoon stayed in various hotels there but this was a surprise package, looking at the building might give the wrong impression of it. Beautiful old building which maintains a lot of its periodic charm and features but our room was very modern, spacious, clean and comfortable. Dillon and his partner were very welcoming and fully hands on at any request and with pup Willow on hand for cuteness made a great team to relate with even if her teeth are like needles, thats the pup not his partner :-) . Will definetly look for this hotel first the next time we go back to Dunoon. "
