Comfortable vacation home in Gourdon

This property has been cleaned with chemicals that are effective against Coronavirus. Our staff is following all safety protocols as directed by the local authorities. Physical distancing rules apply for check in and check out.
This pleasant holiday home is the ideal base for an unforgettable holiday with the family or with friends. The house is airy, spacious, and extremely welcoming. It is equipped with an attractive design and the area offers numerous gems. Visit the Open Air Theater of Ussel or the Henri Giron-Museum for the necessary dose of culture, history and art. The many castles and churches with authentic bell towers are very worthwhile and the region also offers a beautiful walking landscape. The 2 Master Bedrooms are equipped with a private bathroom and the remaining 3 bedrooms share a third bathroom with shower. The outdoor space is furnished with large dining table (for 10 people) and the spacious living room offers comfortable seating areas. The huge garden of 8000m2 is ideal for lazing and sunbathing while enjoying a snack and a drink of your choice. You can park your cars in the garage. There is a large space in front of the house for all cars. Note: You will find air conditioning in a large room and on the first floor, it is forbidden to enter with shoes because of the oiled wooden floorboards.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

pas du adapté pour un sejour hivernal
La maison est grande et vous serez largement à l'aise à 10. En revanche une bonne partie des équipements mentionnés ne fonctionnent pas: internet et wifi impossible, douche sans eau, fenêtre qui laisse passé l'air et ne ferme pas, chauffage non fonctionnel. Les équipements n'ont pas de notice ou alors en allemand! La poubelle de la précédente location n'avait pas été sortie et pourrissait depuis un moment! Pendant notre séjour il faisait 3°dehors avec beaucoup de vent, le poêle n'a jamais permis de chauffer à plus de 17° à l'intérieur au rdc malgré une quantité de bois brulé impressionnante. Le prorietaire ne communique que par mail et n'a apporté aucune solution à mes demandes. Bref je ne recommande pas du tout.

Très belle maison mais...
Si vous louez en hiver, prévoyez du bois à l'arrivée (11°) car pas de chauffage au rez de chaussée à part la cheminée, nous avions vu que le bois n'était pas fourni mais pensions que l'électrique était dans toute la maison et bien non, nous en avons trouvé au bricomarché mais c'est cher pour 4 jours ! Le ménage est à revoir. Sinon cette maison doit être parfaite en été, de tres beaux volumes, bien équipée (même si nous n'avons pas trouvé le grille pain). Les 5 grandes chambres et la literie sont parfaites. Sinon le propriétaire est plutôt arrangeant, il nous a permis de quitter les lieux un peu plus tard. Cette maison convient pour 10 personnes. Les aménagements extérieurs sont à terminer.
