"Räumlichkeit in sehr schlechtem Zustand. Fußboden an mehreren Stellen defekt. Randleisten stehen von der Wand ab. Tapeten hängen von der Decke. Im Bafezimmet stinkt es nach Kanalisation. Aus dem Whirlpool kommt kein richtig heißes Wasser. Fenster schließt nicht vollständig und musste zugeklemmt werden. Usw. usw. Würden freiwillig nicht mehr in dieser Unterkunft absteigen."

"We absolutely loved our stay. Mooons is the best hotel experience we have had on this recent trip staying in six different cities on our train trip. We loved our room, the public areas, the location and of course the amazing breakfast. Congratulations to all of the staff. "The stay at Rioca was excellent couldn’t fault it anyway. The staff were more than helpful anything we asked about they were able to provide help and assistance. Their knowledge of the area whether where to eat or how to get about we couldn’t fault them. Can’t wait to return 👍"
