Big and glitzy hotel, they seems to have everything under control given the size of the hotel and the number of rooms. Check in was easy (but busy) bars were also busy but didn’t have to wait long for service. Breakfast was again easy to navigate in such a busy environment.

The restaurant Heaven 23 food and service was wonderful but the spa is very expensive and the service there was poor compared to a couple of year ago. I probably won’t be returning to the hotel after being there many times on business trips. It’s just not worth the money.

Helt ok.

När vi checkade in så fick vi ingen info om var frukosten skulle serveras. Eftersom det finns olika frukostrestauranger så gick vi till receptionen och frågade. Personen viste inte men skulle fråga. Svarade sedan med vad som visade sig vara en helt annan våning än den som det faktiskt var på. Vi hade tänkt ta långfrukost men kom så sent till frukosten pga att vi letade på två ställen innan vi till sist hittade en människa som visste var vi skulle, att det istället kändes stressigt. Utöver det så är det andra året på rad vi haft glasbitar i mattan. Som tur är har ingen trampat på dem innan vi sett dem. I övrigt bra. Barnen gillar barnområdet och det är nära till det mesta.
