"The property is reallly big the bell boys were very nice . Expect one time it was raining and they didn’t want to pick us up . Some staff was very rude and unhelpful. We were told we good do a time share presentation and have a tour of the resort . When I didn’t want to buy a property that for 1000 dollar down payment . The girl got mad walked away they tried to complete the tour with out giving me the tour and no one did anything bout it the two girls that spoke to me wer extremely rude . I did...

"I love staying at this Westgate property. It’s always an easy check in no matter how book. The rooms are always so clean. The last time i visited they were not yet done with tower A so to see it completed and stay there was so refreshing. Love the amenities and the price point. The location couldn’t be more perfect. It’s close to Disney as well as universal. Def recommend staying here"
