"Breakfast was excellent. Staff friendly. Parking easy. Pool looked nice, although we didn’t use it. The elevator was broken, so we were put on first floor. The walls seemed thin, and there was lots of noise from other rooms around us and above us, although sleep time was quiet. We would go back - think we just hit them on a rough weekend."

"Always our go to hotel when visiting our son in IU"

"It was okay"

"Very accommodating and warm and friendly. At breakfast, they even changed a recipe for the guacamole because I am allergic to garlic. Everyone was wonderful. The room is so charming and so great. We loved it. We highly recommend it. And we will be back."

"Lots of things in the room needed updating/fixing"

"The room was clean"

"The staff at check-in and throughout our stay were great! The neighborhood was transitional with unhoused individuals hanging around the property. Free coffee would have been nice in the lobby instead of waiting in line to purchase from an understaffed cafe"

"Stayed four days and never had room cleaned. Had to ask for extra towels and some toilet paper. Dirty vents and wood floors. Thin bed linens. Horrible bathroom door and a toilet so low it must have been from the 50s. No computer ports. And my charger kept falling out of plug. Needs some serious refurbishing. When we arrived to our room the door was ajar and a water bottle on nightstand. Pillow cases on inside out. Limited drop off parking. AND…my bill was paid in full on my credit card weeks...

"Very nice place to stay in a country setting. Staff super friendly, Room was clean."
