A spectacular view of the mountain from its large deck and comfortable outdoor furniture encourage an outdoor evening wind down. The host are everything you could ask for; available to contact as needed, but never intrusive, genuinely concern that you have a perfect stay. Great find! "

"Host was extremely accommodating and house was as-advertised. Great spot to explore great Barrington and surrounding towns! Wood burning stove and fireplaces are a real highlight! Fire pit is not advertised on listing but there is one. Would recommend highly"

"Our family had a wonderful stay at the beautiful, clean, peaceful Hoyt House. There was plenty of space to gather together as well as spread out. The daffodils were beginning to bloom and there is the sight and sound of a running stream behind the home. We were close to fun things to explore like the Audubon, covered bridge, and Kent waterfalls. Great bakery, restaurants, grocery a short drive away. "Enjoyed the property, location and charming house that was well stocked with everything we needed."

"We had a nice stay while visiting our son at AOF. There were a couple of small issues which the owner remedied IMMEDIATELY. Things happen in life which are unforeseen, we appreciated the owner jumping on the issues quickly."
