"Everything about our stay was outstanding. Check-in staff (specifically Astrid) were extremely helpful and accommodating. Room and bathroom were very clean and very spacious. Had breakfast at the onsite restaurant and it was excellent with a lot of food for the price. Service was also very good. I would definitely stay here again when in the South Bend area."

"Front desk is not staffed after 10pm we arrived at 11 and were able to get into the lobby to see window closed and signage about calling 500 on the house phone but no house phone visible in lobby. It was on the wall back in the vestibule between the doors. Left slightly confused for about 60 seconds. Process needs to be better signed or lobby door locked with a sign. All good after that."

"Our room was fine. Hallways and steps were dirty and grungy feeling. Entrance doors were left open which could allow anyone to roam the hallways. Front desk clerk allowed a personal vehicle (not his) to be parked right in front of the hotel entrance for a long period of time."
