"Stayed for 3 nights, lovely spacious bedroom very comfy kingsize bed, breakfast was delicious my favourite was the pancakes with fruit. Evening meals were also delicious, presentation and taste. Hotel is in a very central location not far from Keswick and Grassmere. "

"The hotel is in such a stunning area and the views are spectacular. The hotel room was very clean and had everything needed for a basic stay. It does need some modernisation (no USB sockets) and the pillows were very hard. I cannot fault the staff and especially Diane at breakfast who was so attentive and polite even though she was continuously in the go. The breakfast selection was excellent. We also had dinner one evening and the pie of the day was delicious. We found the experience very good and would stay again "

"The Grange was a delightful place to stay. It was beautifully decorated throughout. Our room snug and cozy. It was on the top floor and gave us a lovely view of the surrounding hills.There was a choice of two longues downstairs were you could chill out if you wanted.The breakfast provided was excellent. Would definitely book here again."

"This ia a great budget hotel. At first was taken aback by the need to check in at the bar. Rooms seem to be recently remodeled and comfortable. Walking distance to town. Charming and clean pub."
