"Check-in was extremely difficult at this property. I had called in advance to inform them that I would be a late check-in and got told that it was ok and hung up on. When I arrived, the reception had closed and noone was answering the phone number left so I had no information about my room until they called me back. The floor in the room was sticky and there were cockroaches. The bathroom was so tiny that it was hard to be inside and close the door. There was mould around the sink and the shower leaked which had previously damaged the bottom of the door due to water. The air con did not work properly and was loud - probably needed a service. It was also leaking some brownish coloured liquid on the wall. Whilst there is parking on site, there is not enough parking for all the rooms and this is not allocated, meaning that we had to park out on the main road. I would absolutely not stay at this property or recommend. "

"The location is good near to seaside. The room is simple and ok. The bunk beds are terrible and make a bad noise when you make a turn during your sleeping. It is worse for top bed. Staff are friendly. Enough parking for driving travellers. The park security is good. Generally speaking, good, but carefully select your room. The park should improve the room facilities. Thanks "

"The property and room are in need of much maintenance. The ceiling had water damage with a hole, the bed was unbelievably old and damaged, the kettles were dirty. Its a shame as the position is very good."

"All of the above plus the constant examples wonderful design - high quality materials in building and decor. Gosford, now that it has a venue like this, has finally become a City. Attention to detail in every area, quality fittings and decrations and that little extra like miniature kitchen."
