"Fabulous hotel, full of character"

"Absolutely great hotel, throughly enjoyed our stay! Room was immaculately clean and had everything that could be needed, plenty of tea and coffee, clean towels, pillows.. everything! During my stay I did actually need some sanitary products at 1am in the morning, went down to reception and the kind gentleman gave me a whole box of tampax tampons and told me no purchase necessary as it was not a ‘luxury’ (although listed for £2 on the website). Could not fault this hotel, and the staff at all! Will definitely be back for another stay here. Brilliant service, well done Leonardo Hotels! 5* "

It made my stay in my home city a wonderful experience. It was great to back and I will definitely be staying at the hotel in my next visit."
