"What we liked: The staff was very helpful, rooms were very quiet and comfortable. Only 15 min. walk to train and Metro station. A few good grocery and dinning options a few hundred feet from lobby. Having a kitchenette and laundry appliances saved us money on our 2-week stay. Rooms/kitchen were cleaned regularly. What we didn't like: As only English speaking couple, most of the TV channels were in Dansk and had NO option for English subtitles. What made it worse is that every time the TV was turned on or adjusted in the main living area, it turned on the TV in the bedroom despite swapping remotes, etc... Very frustrating. For some reason (despite all the kitchen utensils and kitchen wares), no ice cube trays to make ice! I even asked at the reception, so it wasn't like it was taken from the room, just not important I guess?? What made this frustrating, is that there were no ice machines in the hotel. I was told to grab a "free" small bag of ice from the reception snack area.. Most of the time, ice was not there.. "

"So easy to travel from, safe pedestrian shopping areas and 4 minute stroll to the easy to use metro. Get a Copenhagen discover card, make sure you include the canal boat trip."

"Although the room was small, it was all we needed for 4 days stay. The larger bed was very roomy and the bunk/over bed was not needed in the end. Bathroom is compact but clean and functional. Surprisingly quiet for many small rooms on our floor. Hotel very clean. Location was very quiet, 10-15 min walk from Tivoli and Central St. Didn't eat at hotel but went to local coffee/bakery for breakfast. Only gripe was that the booking showed us in another smaller part of the hotel down another street when in fact we were in the main part, so there was some to'ing and fro'ing."
