"This was a very large one bedroom accommodation and had good air conditioning. Upon our entry into the apartment, the door handle fell off. We did call and they came to fix within 30 minutes. "We had a wonderful welcome from the reception and concierge team. We had urgent documents to print and sign and the team were very efficient and helpful, thank you Vanessa! Our room was beautiful, and we had a lovely welcoming bottle of wine on arrival. The restaurant didn’t cater particularly well for Coeliacs but we had a celebration dinner with friends and they were made to feel very welcome. The concierge gave us great gluten free eating recommendations We will definitely visit again, thank you. "
