"A perfect little apartment for two people. It has everything you could ask for in a stay - a nicely stocked kitchen, a washer and dryer and a comfortable bed. We loved being so close to the U of U for graduation. A very nice area of SL with historic homes. It is a basement apartment, so upstairs floor noises of squeaking are audible. If you are someone who is a light sleeper, it is nice to be aware."

"I loved this stay for a birthday weekend with 2 friends! The location was perfect for downtown access with many options for bars, restaurants, and tourist attractions in 15 minute walk range. The loft is awesome and spacious, warm and private but open and welcoming. The neighborhood and building tenants are great and the roof access was amazing. I will definitely be back!!"

"The Cozy Beehive 3 was charming and very clean. Kitchen was a great size and although we did not cook or prepare food, it seemed very well equipped. Location was perfect, especially being near Liberty Park. We did use the portable heaters; once we figured out how to use them the room temp was fine. The sofa bed was not big enough for 2 large adults. The size of the bathroom sink was a little challenging and it would be nice to have a mirror at adult height in the apartment. "The location was on a Main Street and there was never a problem turning in and out of driveway. This is a 'basement unit' and there was plenty of light. There were guests upstairs and there was little disturbance with them walking around over us. 2 adults in one room, 2 teens in another. Communication with host was by text and they were very responsive. Clean, recently renovated, this was a perfect fit!"

"We were in SLC after driving 1500 miles - we were tired … this was the perfect apartment to stay in to recoup our energy … the bonus was a taco food truck right across the street but also nice to have a fully equipped kitchen to make breakfast in … nice bed - slept great! … thanks for having a selection of Kurig type coffees available- didn't want to have to go find coffee of an early morning … lovely stay and we would definitely stay again!"

"We’ve stayed there before. It’s a nice, quaint place. The room was perfect for us! The only thing that was an issue was the slow water pressure in shower head. It took us twice as long to shower because of the low water pressure in the newly installed water saver shower heads. 2 nights we did bathed like that. I told the front desk about it and she said that all the shower heads got changed and that’s to be expected. Couldn’t do anything about it. It wasn’t until someone from the hotel...
