"This was our most anticipated stay as part of our first trip to Turkey and as a result really fell short of expectations. The property is cool and well located, staff are great (they were very kind and treated us well as it was our anniversary) and breakfast is a good spread. That said the property needs some care.
For starters parts of the property were under construction and outside the property, caves were covered in scaffolding for upkeep. At no point were we informed of the construction, it was an eye sore and perhaps we wouldn’t have felt as blind-sided had we known. But given we were looking for a cave experience, there were plenty of other properties we could have considered had we known about construction. It was a let down, no one wants to be surrounded by scaffolding on holiday. Also, the pool area had no staff present after 8pm. "
