"Le propriétaire s'est désinscrit du site mais EXPÉDIA continue de l'offrir. Résultat : j'ai payé, mais le propriétaire m'a refusé l'accés et EXPÉDIA garde l'argent. Impossible de communiquer avec qui que ce soit. Je déconseille à tout le monde de faire affaire avec EXPÉDIA. "

"I arrived to be informed that they no longer take online bookings and therefore my expedia booking was invalid. They said that they maybe could organise a room for later that evening but I would have to pay cash immediately if I wanted it. I left and found an alternative and have applied for a refund. The staff at the hotel were friendly but very clear that if you online book they doi not consider it a reservation."
