"The overall experience was nice and the host was very responsive. But the RV was not in the location that was posted in the listing. I was excited to view the sunrise out the RV door or view nature. However the RV has been moved closer to the owners property and the view is just the owners house instead. Im addition the second bedroom didn't have curtains on all the windows so not very private. But the price was right and if the RV was in the place as the listing I would definitely stay here...

"The accommodations were very nice. The only negative is that the main house and guesthouse are about 12 feet apart. The deck and hot tub are in a shared space. The lodging itself was very well organized and perfect for a couple. I’m glad for the opportunity to stay."

"Relaxing, peaceful and much needed time away. Enjoyed the home, peacefulness and amazing views of the stars. I would recommend and come back to this place. Sidenote- not bass boat friendly, can be done but difficult."

"Home was gorgeous inside and out. LOVED that every bedroom had a private full bathroom plus a half bathroom in the main area. Cellphone service was poor, but it's not hard to find a spot to get a call out if needing to. While wifi isn't super fast, the owner was upfront on it's speed and all 6 adults were able to scroll social media (just slow). Everything you could need is in the home, just bring food. We wanted to swim but the current was fast due to rain and the entry looked slippery. Bonfire...

"We just loved the property and were so well taken care of by Bill snd Michelle, who are the caretakers of the property. So much to do with such an expansive property area. Lovely huge heated pool and spa were well used by all. Game room was also a big hit with all the games along with feeding the horses and the 8 person golf cart to travel the property with. "The perfect spot for outdoor adventures. Comfortable cabin with a beautiful deck and access to a hugh lake. We saw 5 waterfalls in 3 days , hiked miles of challenging trails . Do not forget to go to Cookeville, excellent restaurants and fun shops. No lines , no crowds , no screaming kids, just an awesome time at Serenity Cabin."

"Our family traveled to Sparta for a wedding. The house was spacious, clean, with great views. There were plenty of options to keep everyone entertained including relaxing in the hot tub. Plenty of parking and the host was very responsive. Will definitely keep it on a return option list."

"Our stay at Reason Ranch was idyllic. We counted at least 20 different trails and hikes on the property itself. Children, dogs, and adults were all thrilled. In the middle of our stay came the snowstorm that made a beautiful place even more stunning. Cozying by the fire every night, we never had a problem with heat, power, OR WIFI! But the owner and (for lack of a better term) property manager Terry checked on us nonetheless. Can't say enough about how gracious and generous they both were in...
