"A group of us gathered for a bit of a staycation from the Richmond area. We had a ladies night on Friday and we honestly couldn't have asked for a better location!! Saturday we had some other friends join us for food on the water and it was the most relaxing setting for us to reset and connect. Conveniently located down the street from the gas station a small store/ restaurant and not a far drive from the Shenandoah National Park. We chose this rental because of the stream running by, and we loved having a fire down by the water. Overall the rental was exactly what we were looking for - cute, cozy, and a nice escape! Our one complaint is that the shower had a strong sulfur smell when running the hot water."
