The staff, especially at the desk were nothing short of brilliant and their customer service skills were brilliant. We had a couple of issues and they went above and beyond to accommodate us. Excellent value for money and we would go back in a heartbeat!

Palazzo Rosso Old Town

The room overlooked the square and road, but was well insulated, no need for the earplugs provided, due to refurbishment of nearby building. The room was spacious, beds were comfortable and clean.
