"We had to chase up the check in process whilst we were waiting outside the property, no information beforehand. There were a number of issues which we commented on to the owner. There was no response, or any acknowledgement of receiving my message. The issues were mainly solved but the day before we left! "Excellent hotel, fair distance away from the main strip but ideally located next to a tram stop which are very frequent. Lovely rooms and attentive staff, good breakfast options and menu for lunch/evening meal was well varied. Would definitely stay again"
