"Air conditioning broken and we weren't told. We spoke to two different staff members at check in and neither told us it was broken husband went down to reception to speak to them was told they would turn it on from main control room half an hour later went back and said it still wasnt working got told it wasn't working across the hotel but reception was very cool?
