"No, shops nearby. The hotel outside was gorgeous, parking was safe. The location of the hotel was sooo hard to find. There was no sign or billboard for Azalea hotel that made it hard to find it. The lstaffs were absolutely great, friendly and helpful and the lobby was very clean"

"If the highest score is 10, I would give them 11, The ambience is so good. Mr.Nathan has helped us a lot. Housekeeping and all the staff/employees are all courteous and respectful. The linens are all immaculately clean. Once we leave the room and request for clean up, within less than 30 minutes,they’re there to make up our room.The drinking water is accessible all the time. We’re so satisfied with our stay. We’ll recommend this hotel to our friends and loved ones. Thank you Everyone for making our stay memorable. Again,thank you. You’re one of the best hotels we’ve been to."

"The room is outdated. The toilet is terrible where we stayed. The food is already prepared and cold. The key to the door key to the room was totally hard to work. Noticed bed frames are not in a good condition. You have to ask for additional toilet roll and the water flow and hot water is not working properly . "
