"Our experience at the Kenwood Inn was out of this world! The breakfasts were delicious and so gourmet! Three courses, all amazing! The house itself is beautiful as is the koi pond and pool! The fresh coffee, home baked cookies, and afternoon wine all added to the feeling of indulgence. The location added to the dreamy experience as the Kenwood offers easy walking to the river and all parts of historic St. Augustine. The staff were so kind and helpful that our all around experience was magical!"

"Everything was great. Except the WIFI. We couldn’t stream anything. Our connection kept dropping. Funny thing was the WiFi worked fine in their lobby. Not in our room. We complained immediately. They went and pushed a reset button. It did not fix the problem. We complained again the next day. They pushed the reset button again. No help. They told us we would need to wait until the manager came in. On our fourth day there the manager went and did a reset again. Didn’t work again. She didn’t believe that it could be working in the lobby but not in our room. Hotels.com said we could get a different room. The staff didn’t offer a different room. Just told us we would need to wait to talk to the manager to get some kind of satisfaction. When we left, WiFi still was not working. They gave us a $50 refund. Not acceptable. For $300 a night I exoect a good WiFi connection. Not staff blowing me off like I don’t know anything. They did not fix the problem, no matter what they say in their response here. "

"Parking a problem for me - traveled with handicapped sister…. Valet should be available!"

"Property outside and in needs a good overhaul, furniture very basic although beds were clean, shower floor not up to standard and no lock on bathroom door. Swimming pool could do with a new lining as well. I paid in full upon booking but still had to give credit card on arrival. Instead of taking imprint of card they charged me 100 dollars deposit which was taken from my card immediately now I have to wait 2/3 days for refund since checking out x"

"The photos that we saw online were very deceiving. It looked much nicer online than it actually is. It is very old, the bedrooms were not as nice as they appeared. Nothing was mentioned about the train tracks behind the hotel. Trains running through in the morning. It wasn't in the best area. Would not stay there again."
