Unfortunately, I found the hotel locked and was unable to enter through the front door, which was quite disappointing. It would have been helpful to know that the building would be inaccessible prior to check-in time. I understand check-in starts at 4:00 PM, but having a place to wait or clear communication about building access would greatly improve the guest experience."

"The stay was amazing! We expected 2 king beds as reserved but we got a suite! There was a bedroom with it's own king and the main living space with the main king bed was huge! Probably twice as wide as any room we've booked! The service was impeccable. The room was clean and We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our family of 5 will definitely be booking here at the Ramada again in July when we come back for our Monterey Aquarium membership. 😊❤️"
